Return Process

  Log into your FridayCharm account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
